We are a small business committed to making premium confections in small batches with old-fashioned methods.
Our caramels, centers, and ganaches are made from scratch with our own
recipes and our chocolates are made from unsurpassed quality couverture.
The result is a creamy richness to satisfy even the most discerning palate.
We do not add preservatives to our products. Our candies are meant to be enjoyed within a month or so of production. You will never be sent old stock, everything is freshly made with only the freshest ingredients.
