An elegant transparent box of our finest confections covered with a combination of milk, dark, and white chocolates. Made using only the freshest of fruits and other quality ingredients, so variety changes throughout the year as different fruits are available. Centers include: milk chocolate, dark chocolate, mint, raspberry, citrus, Northwest Huckleberry, Western Washington Blackberry, coffee, amaretto, coconut, rum, bourbon, cherry, orange, and prickly pear. We may add other varieties as the inclination strikes us as well. Some centers are only availabe seasonally. You may request a box of one kind of center, just add a special request to the order form. Otherwise, we will choose a variety that is sure to please you. Boxes are sold individually, and weights are approximate. 8 piece box is approximately 3.5 ounces

Current February 2008 centers include: raspberry, latte (coffee), Big E Stout Beer (much better than it sounds! Very caramel-like and rich), Pumpkin, regular milk, and dark chocolate. Also available in a Valentine's Aphrodisiac version with unusual flavors like hibiscus, Market spice tea, cinnamon pepper, passion flower, lavendar mint, and ginseng. Aphrodisiac truffles are limited in production.
